• Wear comfortable clothes for nursing
  • Try to schedule your appointment at a time when your baby will be ready to eat during your visit.
  • A record of the past 24-48 hours of feedings, supplements, wet and dirty diapers.
  • Your baby’s recent weights and growth information. This is essential information. You may need to get this from your baby’s doctor if you don’t have it written down
  • Bring any supplies, devices, or tools you are using while nursing, such as nipple shields, breast shields, or supplemental nursing systems.
  • Please feel free to bring a support person with you to our consultation. They are often a big help when you try the techniques you've learned back at home!
